1. Choose & Quote
Pick your plants and décor — we’ll prepare a quote showing full product value, hire fees and return dates.
2. Payment & Collection
Pay the full retail value upfront when you collect.
– All items are issued clean, labelled & event-ready.
– You’ll sign a short Hire Agreement confirming the details.
3. Enjoy Your Event
Use your plants & décor as the perfect backdrop for your function.
4. Return & Refund
Return the items in good condition.
– A refund is processed, minus the daily hire fee for the time they were out.
– Refunds are issued via EFT or store credit within 3–5 working days.
