Yes you may. Your registered cell phone number will be automatically registered at all our stores.
Just chat to our team and they will help to update your details. Please provide them with your old cell phone number. They will update the system with your new number, ensuring that you retain any Rewards accrued.
Your Cashback Rewards can be used towards future purchases at any Blackwood’s Garden Centre.
You’ll earn Cashback Rewards on most purchases across our stores.
However, Cashback Rewards are not earned on products that are already on promotion, special, or otherwise excluded from the programme.
On the first Friday of every month, Garden Club members receive 10% OFF their entire purchase.
Because this is already a discounted shopping day, Cashback Rewards are not earned on purchases made using the Blackwood’s Friday discount.
Garden Club members aged 60 years and older receive 10% OFF every Tuesday.
As this is already a discounted purchase, Cashback Rewards are not earned on Pensioner’s Tuesday purchases.
Our membership system works from your registered cellphone number, not your date of birth.
When you turn 60, simply let one of our team members know and we’ll update your membership so you can enjoy your Tuesday discount.
Our team may ask for proof of age when updating your membership for Pensioner’s Tuesdays.
This only needs to be done once.
No. If you’re receiving a 10% discount through Blackwood’s Friday or Pensioner’s Tuesday, Cashback Rewards are not earned on that transaction.
In most cases, promotions and discounts cannot be combined. If an item is already on promotion or special, additional Garden Club discounts or Cashback Rewards may not apply.
Unfortunately, purchases can’t always be added retrospectively, so please remember to provide your registered cellphone number before your transaction is completed.
Yes. Simply ask one of our cashiers when you’re in-store and we’ll happily let you know your available Cashback Rewards balance.

If you’ve accidentally registered with more than one cellphone number or think you have duplicate Garden Club memberships, simply speak to one of our friendly team members.
We’ll be happy to merge your duplicate memberships and transfer your available Cashback Rewards onto a single registered cellphone number, so you won’t miss out on the rewards you’ve earned.
